Pivotal Metals holds two exciting Cu-Ni-PGM projects in the top tier mining jurisdiction of Quebec.
- 28Mt grading at 1.5% CuEq JORC compliant inferred and indicated resource, totalling 412 kt CuEq
- Sub-cropping body with thick zones of mineralisation dipping at ~45 deg, proving open pit potential with productive mining conditions.
- Deposit is open at depth all along its strike, with excellent potential to increase the size of the deposit.
- Grade upside potential through collecting Au, Ag, Pt, and Co by-product assay shown in parts of the deposit but not included in the mineral resource.
- 157km2 land package, consolidated by Pivotal
- Ultra-high grades drilled demonstrate intense mineralising event
- Target is broader intrusive feeder complex that could host substantial massive and semi-massive sulphide accumulations
- Recent surveys outline large conductive anomalies on prospective host horizon
Our Governance
Pivotal Metals’ Corporate Governance Statement discloses the extent to which the Company will follow the recommendations set by the ASX Corporate Governance Council in its publication Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (Recommendations).
The Recommendations are not mandatory, however the Recommendations that will not be followed have been identified and reasons provided for not following them along with what (if any) alternative governance practices the Company intends to adopt in lieu of the recommendation.
